  • Hypnosis for weight loss

    Excessive hunger and craving sugar are processes that start in our brains. If you need help sticking to the diet your nutritionist recommended or you tend to sabotage your exercise routine, or maybe it’s the oposite - you do everything right, but the weight doesn’t go, I can help re-program your brain to set you up for success. A minimum of 6 sessions are required for the best results.

  • Quit smoking

    If it’s time for you to quit smoking you might need additional support. I can relate because I was a smoker for 13 years of my life and I really enjoyed my cigarettes! This is a 8 session program designed by my teacher Randall Churchill who tested it with his clients for over 40 years and got amazing results.

  • Prepare for surgery

    An old Tibetan saying is: “Pain is unavoidable, but suffering is optional”. Science has proven that pain is a sensation that is perceived very differently depending on the state of our mind. Just one session of hypnosis before a serious medical intervention could improve drastically its outcome.

  • HypnoDream™

    HypnoDream™ is an interesting technique that comes in handy when working with nightmares, especially the recurrent ones.

    Our subconscious mind is trying to communicate with us during sleep and it all makes sense when we just listen.

  • Prepare for childbirth

    For childbirth preparation I recommend 3 to 5 sessions in order o address any fears and negative associations and also to heal any negative past experiences. This is one of my favorite topics because I gave birth unassisted at home to my second baby and I experienced first hand how important it is to have your mind in the right place.

  • Self hypnosis classes

    The course consists of 5 two hour classes once a week. I teach you how to use hypnosis in order to re-program your own brain. During the 5 weeks of the course you will have to do some reading, some homework and practice, so in order to make the most of it, please allocate time to do all the required work in order to get the most of it.
